Holy Martyrs Cyprian and Juliana

Sts. Cyprian and Juliana the Martyrs (Feast Day - November 1)

Juliana remained steadfast upon seeing the fire,
Brave Cyprian also was steadfast.

The Holy Martyrs Cyprian and Juliana met their end by fire.

These Saints are probably the same as the Holy Martyrs Kyriaina and Juliana who are also celebrated today, with the names of either Kyriaina (Cyrenia) or Kyprianos (Cyprian) being mistakenly copied. In the Menologion of Basil II, Kyriaina is depicted as a male despite it being a female name. Both pairs of Saints met their end by fire.
