St. Nikandros the Martyr (Feast Day - November 6)

Nikandros was slain as an enemy of error,
He was victorious against men who love delusion.

Today we commemorate a Holy Martyr Nikandros, who contested against the worshipers of idols. Nothing else is known about him.
