This is the last photograph of Saint Nektarios, which depicts him leaving his Monastery in Aegina for Aretaieio Hospital of Athens, which is a state hospital for the poor, where he spent the last 47 days of his life, and reposed in a room there which today serves as a chapel for the hospital.
