Dear Readers, since I did not meet my fundraising goal a few months ago in the Spring, and currently am facing a bit of a financial burden that may hinder me from working on this website for a while within a few days, I thought it would be best to appeal to your help to meet my goal at this time. My work here depends on your help, so if you find it beneficial or of interest, please send your financial support. It is greatly appreciated.

Goal: $220 or $3000

After More Than Four Months, An Icon of the Virgin Mary Continues to "Weep" in a Suburb of Athens

Since September 8, 2020 in the Church of Saint Demetrios in Nea Elvetia of Vyronas, a suburb of Athens, an icon of the Virgin Mary continues to weep till this day. It has been confirmed to be authentic by the local Metropolis. Daily Supplication services continue there every morning at 11:00am and 5:30pm, where the names of the living and the dead are commemorated, whether given to them directly or sent to them through electronically. The number of miracles increases daily.

Every Monday and Friday you can follow the Supplication Service at 5:30pm on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/in.agiosdimitrios) and on Sunday at the same time an Akathist Hymn is done before the icon. The church is open to the faithful daily from 7:00am to 8:30pm.
