Saint Sophia the Martyr and Physician

St. Sophia the Physician (Feast Day - May 22)

Verse

Sophia, being first a physician of bodies,
Being beheaded, shows herself also a healer of spirits.

Not much is known about Saint Sophia, except that she was a physician who was martyred for her faith in Christ by being beheaded.
